Our Roots

Access Sciences was founded in 1985, by Janice Anderson, to fill an emerging need for information management and governance expertise.  While our experience and expertise have expanded far beyond this initial area, we have stayed true to our principles and continue to be recognized as thought leaders for information management.

Three Decades Later

Today, we combine our experience with strategy, business processes, technology, and change management to create intelligent information management solutions and provide best-in-class outsourced services, with a focus on the Global 2000 and large government agencies.

 

As an employee-owned company, Access Sciences’ employees have a vested interest in the success of our clients and in developing long-term, trusted advisor relationships. Our ESOP structure encourages collaboration and thought-sharing, which permeate our culture.

In light of our company’s focus on information, we’ve adopted reading and literacy as our outreach emphasis, and support causes such as: The Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation, Knock-Knock Children’s Museum, Start Making A Reader Today (SMART), and others.
