Our executive team took many paths to get to Access Sciences – we’re so glad they did! Collectively, they combine more than 150+ years of professional experience with global companies, such as Arthur Andersen, Accenture, and Deloitte, and industry experience across verticals ranging from aerospace to finance to energy.
Steve joined Access Sciences in 2006, following long stints in management consulting and aerospace, where he pursued his dream of becoming an astronaut. Today, Steve uses this experience to lead Access Sciences, providing expertise in corporate vision, corporate culture, practical strategy development, and process improvement.
Steve holds a B.S. in Computer Sciences and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Outside of work, he is active in Scouts BSA and the Hana and Arthurs Ginzbarg Nature Discovery Center, and enjoys woodworking and construction activities.

Star is a finance professional with more than 25 years of experience in operations, planning, and management. After beginning her career in public accounting, Star performed in finance roles across the energy and retail electric industries. For the last ten years, she has leveraged this experience to manage Access Sciences’ financial portfolio.
When she’s not volunteering with the Girl Scouts or her church, you can find Star at the gym where she is a CrossFit athlete, somewhere on a beach, or gardening at home. Star is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas and an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.

Sondra is an avid University of Arizona Wildcat fan and alumnus where she holds a B.A. in Communications. Sondra also earned a M.Ed. from the University of Houston and is a licensed PHR and SHRM-CP. In her free time, Sondra enjoys serving on a HLSR Rodeo committee and as a TutorMate volunteer, traveling, gardening, and learning about wine.

Today, she leads Access Sciences’ professional services organization, including both BPO and consulting.
In her rare moments of spare time, Linda enjoys DIY home improvement projects, volunteering with her church’s youth activities, and relaxing on the beach.
