President and Chief Executive Officer

Steve is President and Chief Executive Officer of Access Sciences. He has over 35 years of professional experience with information management consulting, operations, and managed services.


Steve’s background includes leading corporate practice strategy activities; project management and control of multi-billion dollar capital asset projects; and developing the underlying governance, organizational, and technology framework for clients’ information management programs.


Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Sondra Ludwick
Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Compliance

Sondra has over 20 years of professional experience specializing in human resources, training design and development, organizational design, business operations, and systems integration. Sondra has worked within multiple industries including oil and gas, natural resources, industrial products, government, and professional services.


Sondra’s primary role at Access Sciences focuses on employee relations, payroll, health and retirement benefits, network infrastructure, and facility management.


Sondra is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and is a Notary Public for the State of Texas. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arizona in Tucson and a Master of Education from the University of Houston.

Linda Baldwin
Vice President of Professional Services

Linda has over 25 years of experience helping clients succeed in change management and records and information management. Her background in managing projects and mobilizing and motivating teams of professionals enable client organizations to achieve business value and project objectives on their strategic initiatives.


Linda serves as the lead for professional services and is a Prosci-certified Change Management Professional. She is skilled in delivering precision- based, right-sized solutions to support behavior and process transformations utilizing impact analysis, leadership alignment, business readiness, stakeholder analysis and transition, communication planning and execution, workforce education, and training development and delivery. Linda has extensive expertise in designing, developing, and delivering solutions for organizational change management, records management, information and document management, and business process transformation with technology and business improvement components.


Linda is a member of ARMA International, AIIM, and the Society of Human Resource Professionals, and she holds several certifications including Prosci Change Management and Electronic Records Management.

Glen Hilford
Vice President of Business Development

Glen has more than 25 years of experience as an information management technology professional, helping clients solve business problems at both enterprise and departmental levels. Glen has extensive experience with project and account management, requirements analysis, business process analysis, and systems architecture design and re-engineering. He is skilled at working with application integration and interface specification while achieving cost reduction and operational optimization.


Glen’s industry background includes the petrochemical, transportation, utility, e-commerce, and government fields. Glen is an active community volunteer, serving on the advisory boards of several non-profit organizations.


Glen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston.

Todd Brown
Managing Director

Todd has over 30 years of management and leadership experience in professional services, technology, and human resources. His background includes international company expansion into new markets, implementing growth strategies, and successful business start-ups in the U.S. He has architected client solutions for Fortune 100 and 500 companies in retail, service, utilities, oil and gas, government, insurance, and information technology markets.


Todd’s strengths include client services, account management, marketing, business process outsourcing, and quality assurance.


He currently serves on the Board of Directors for ARMA Houston, ARMA Austin, and the Alice L Haltom Educational Foundation. Todd received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Austin College in Sherman, Texas.

Renu Hall

Renu has over 18 years of business experience, with an emphasis in technology evaluation, architecture, integration, and governance, as well as in software design and development. She serves as the technology practice lead, and as project leader for client-facing and internal projects. She has won high praise from numerous clients, including for her groundbreaking work in shaping an enterprise-wide SharePoint governance program for a global energy company, and for her pivotal work with Pertempo™ , for which she won a coveted client award. Her experience includes extensive work in the energy and energy services industries, and with the U.S. federal government.


Renu is certified in Microsoft Power BI Business Critical Solutions, holds numerous certifications from OpenText, is proficient with Microsoft software, and is a patented inventor.


Renu received a Bachelor of Science in Technology, Computer Engineering from Mangalore University in India and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

Star Stefka-Borg
Director of Finance and Accounting

Star is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of professional experience including public and industry accounting. Her background includes auditing, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting. She has administered the financial and accounting functions of both large and small businesses in industries including oil and gas, utilities, healthcare, and professional services.


Star earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.

Janice Anderson
Chairman of the Board

Janice is the founder of Access Sciences and has more than 30 years of experience in helping clients find, use, and manage their information resources.


Janice is a noted expert in the design, development, and implementation of all aspects of enterprise information and content management programs, including taxonomies, classification schemes, retention schedules, information management technologies, compliance, and program operations. Janice is a recognized leader in professional organizations, and speaks frequently on records and document management issues around the industry.


Janice earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, French, and Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Library Science from Florida State university in Tallahassee, Florida.
