Cohasset and ARMA International released the results from their seventh, bi-annual survey of professionals concerning their Records and Information Management practices.  The majority of parpticipants in the 2011 survey classify their job function as Records Management (76%).  I previously blogged about the 2009 survey results (see blog posting at this link.) 

Symantec, the vendor that helps organizations and consumers secure and manage their information, recently released a new report that shows some changes in the top items requested during eDiscovery. 

Iron Mountain released the results of a survey last week that had some interesting data points.  The survey was conducted earlier in the year and included responses from over 5,500 professionals in mid-sized companies in the UK.

AIIM, the community that provides education, research, and best practices to help organizations find, control, and optimize their information, released new Market Intelligence last week titled "State of the ECM Industry 2011 - How well is it meeting business needs?"
