Sometimes this is a request to speak at a public meeting for an association like ARMA or AIIM. Other times, it's to speak to an organization's senior management, or records management function, or to everyone in a particular office. Between ARMA (www.arma.org/conference/) , Content World (www.opentext.com/contentworld/2009/) , the SharePoint Conference (www.mssharepointconference.com/), and KMWorld (www.kmworld.com/kmw09/), Access Sciences has presented on and heard quite a lot about how to tackle the numerous information management and technology challenges organizations face today.

ARMA 2009 is now exactly one month away. The 2009 ARMA Conference and Exposition officially opens on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at the Orlando World Center Marriott. Access Sciences is pleased to be a part of this excellent conference once again. We will be exhibiting on the expo floor in booth 825 (map) and would love to have you stop by to meet us! Access Sciences is also pleased to present five separate sessions during the conference plus two pre-conference seminars.

I have been on hiatus from blogging for the last six weeks so, as a way to get back into the swing of things, I have been reviewing recent entries regarding pointers to keep in mind when undertaking change programs. Based on her experiences at BP, Fiona MacCleod provides great insight to the role culture and organization design play in any change program.
