In this presentation, Claudette Lloyd teams up with Donna Rose, Records Manager at Apache Corporation to define a new approach and methodology for the records inventory process.  They also identify the steps to building context diagrams to capture information flows in the records environment, summarize the steps of developing and implementing a records inventory project that captures both physical and electronic records, and they analyze inventory information to distinguish records from shared content and identify storage locations for electronic records and unstructured content.
