"SharePoint 2010 is here!  Does it matter?  Do I need it?  What now?" will be presented by Steve Whitcomb, an Access Sciences resident SharePoint expert, at the next Compass Forum Breakfast Seminar.  The educational opportunity will take place on Wednesday, September 22nd from 8:00-9:30 am, with sign-in and networking beginning at 7:30 am.  The seminar will be held at Hotel Zaza in Houston's Museum District. 
  
When it comes to SharePoint 2010, Steve believes that having a strategy for adoption is key.   
  
Join us for breakfast on September 22nd as Steve will present an overview of the benefits of using SharePoint 2010.  He'll break down upgrade processes, their impact, and will review key planning steps to help prospective SharePoint 2010 adopters achieve a successful upgrade. 
 
A live demonstration of SharePoint 2010's features, activities and enhancements will be screened post-session. 
 
Cost for the event is $25 per person, with all proceeds benefitting Houston-based Technology for All.  Technology for All is a Houston-based nonprofit organization that utilizes technology as a tool to empower and create opportunities for under-resourced communities.
