Access Sciences Corporation Hires Senior Advisor
Access Sciences Corporation is pleased to announce that Jacque Passino has joined the firm as a Senior Advisor. As senior advisor, Passino will define new initiatives, provide quality assurance for client programs, and lead value realization efforts for clients.
Passino has a distinguished career, spanning 38 years and serving multiple industries that include utilities, energy, finance, and government. Passino began his career in 1971 with Andersen Consulting (presently Accenture), working mostly within manufacturing and energy. He earned admittance to partnership at Andersen Consulting in 1981. Passino transferred to Houston in 1989 and continued his work with energy, while also gaining experience in the financial services, healthcare, and food and beverage industries.

After formally retiring from Accenture, Passino was appointed by Michigan Governor John Engler in 2001 to lead Michigan’s newly formed Department of Information Technology. In total, Passino managed 20 state departments including over 2,000 employees.
Passino’s expertise includes large-scale ERP technology programs, change management, and information technology. “Jacque Passino posesses the breadth and depth of expertise our clients deserve when it comes to information management and technology. Passino received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in economics and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is the co-author of Making I/T Work, published in the fall of 2002. He has served as Chairman of the ArtrainUSA Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Glassell School Executive Committee for the Museum of Fine Arts Houston.
