Access Sciences will host a Compass Forum Breakfast Seminar entitled "Managing Culture to Drive Performance". The educational opportunity will take place on Tuesday, June 29th from 7:30-9:00 am at Hotel Zaza in Houston.
Compass Forum is a breakfast seminar series designed to engage and enlighten top executives and business leaders on topics relevant and vital to financial success in business. The presenter for this session is John Rhoades, Director of Organization Transformation for Access Sciences.
"Culture is often viewed as a factor that cannot be defined or controlled, yet there are few other elements which have such a critical impact on business performance," says Rhoades. "Join us for a discussion of how you can define the culture in which you operate, how you can pull levers to enhance performance, and considerations for how you initiate cultural change within your organization."
Cost for the event is $25 per person, with all proceeds benefitting Houston-based Technology for All.
Online registration for the event is open. Seating is limited, and breakfast will be provided.
Valet parking for this event is complimentary.
