AIIM Certificate Training

Access Sciences is a licensed provider of the AIIM Practitioner, Specialist, and Master level certificate programs, including Electronic Records Management (ERM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Email Management (EMM).

Electronic Records Management (ERM)

Access Sciences is pleased to present the newly revised AIIM ERM Certificate Program. The course was updated by Access Sciences in conjunction with the AIIM Education Advisory Groups and reflects global best practices from AIIM’s members and standards like ISO 15489, ISO 23081, and ISO 26122. Our instructors are experienced records managers who have conducted records program assessments, designed strategies, and assisted organizations of all sizes to improve their electronic records management processes. Our instructors include Certified Records Managers and AIIM ERM Masters. Courses are highly interactive and blend practical examples and attendees’ experiences.

Email Management (EMM)

Developed by Access Sciences in conjunction with the AIIM Education Advisory Groups, this course covers the strategies, practices, and tools required to manage email effectively. Students will learn how to apply technology to manage email effectively as well as develop governance structures and implement an email program from start to finish.

Enterprise Content Management (ECM)

The course was updated in early 2009 to reflect current strategies, best practices, and tools for managing ECM more effectively. It was revised in conjunction with the AIIM Education Advisory Groups and reflects global best practices from AIIM’s members. Access Sciences strongly recommends the new and previous attendees sign up for this updated course to strengthen their current knowledge and skills. The ECM certificate course covers strategies for managing content, the technologies surrounding ECM, and covers tools and techniques vital to ECM.
