Who would have guessed 24+ years ago that a brown-haired entrepreneur like me would find herself in 2009 as the silver haired CEO of Access Sciences Corporation? The ride has been fun, frightening, frenetic, and fantastic, mostly all at the same time. I remember what it was like to buy the first laptopuggable computer, install our first fax machine, and get my very own pager. I marvel at the tools we have available today (including this blog) to get our message out, share knowledge, and communicate with customers, prospects, and colleagues. I chuckle as I recall how far and how fast we have come. I stand in awe of my Access Sciences team and burst with pride when I review their accomplishments and credentials.

The information management and technology landscapes have changed quite a bit in 24 years. The services we deliver have changed too, but one thing has stayed the same: Customers need a broad range of expertise and expect quality services delivered with integrity and respect. We’ve established and sustained relationships along the way that will continue to serve us well even in these ‘tough’ times. I’m ready for the ride to continue!
